TenGo Travel and General Trading P.L.C. is an Addis Ababa-based agency that helps Ethiopians find legal, well-paid work abroad. We specialise in one destination — Belarus — so we can do it properly: we know the employers, the embassy process, and exactly what it takes to arrive safely and start working.
Our partner in Belarus: Orvietto
Orvietto LLC is our partner company in Minsk. Orvietto finds verified employers, prepares your invitation and work contract, meets you at the airport, and manages your legal registration — medical check, insurance, housing and your annual work visa — for your first year in Belarus. Orvietto has its own separate agreement with your employer; TenGo remains your point of contact and is responsible to you throughout.

Your money is protected
Your contract payment sits in an escrow account and is only released to TenGo after your visa is approved. If your interview doesn’t succeed, you get your money back.

Every cost — the contract, the flight, the 1000 USD you must carry at the Belarus border, the medical and registration fees in Belarus — is explained to you before you sign anything.
